Hi! I’m so glad you’re here!

I am an east coast girl at heart, who to my surprise, have been living somewhat of a nomadic lifestyle these last four years. I’ve moved from California, to Chicago, and now find myself moving to Music City, Nashville, Tennessee in a few short months. I’ve been a missionary in Africa, an Esthetician in fancy spas to now working as a counselor working with trauma survivors. As I write from my experiences, I hope in some way that these simple articles bring some hope and joy to your corner of the world!
